Mountain Qigong is divided into two kinds of cultivation methods: external movement and internal cultivation. It belongs to health and fitness qigong. When practicing, don’t be too heavy, don’t rush to seek success. It is best to 1-2 times a day. Don’t practice more, no specific time.
銆€銆€First, the external starting position: the two feet open, shoulder width; chest and abdomen, visual front.
銆€銆€The palms of both hands are pushed forward, and the five fingers are slightly open, and they are intended to keep the inner labor palace (hand palm).
Slowly lift up, fingertips flat angle.
Turn over the palm, palm down, exhale and put up and down to the thigh.
銆€銆€Two hands and five points to the right, palms up, hands with inhalation from diarrhea to the chest; after the hands to the sky, the eyes look up, while exhaling.
Then put your arm down to the thighs.
銆€銆€Inhale, the hands are once again inhaled from the front of the abdomen to the chest, and then exhaled simultaneously to the left and right.
Then put down your arm.
銆€銆€Inhale, and make a fist with both hands.
After exhaling, let go.
Inhale, bend your legs slightly and hold your fists around your waist.
Exhale while the right hand changes into a fist for the palm to slowly push forward.
Inhale and retract the fist.
The left palm also does this once.
Slowly, naturally accepting work.
銆€銆€Second, the internal support is sitting on the knees, with the chest pulled back, hands clenched into a fist.
Put in the Dantian / lower abdomen.
Lightly close the eyes, the tongue is on the top, and the intention is to defend Dantian.
Raise the gas with the gas, Dantian, raise the Dan.
銆€銆€The length of time is self-controlled, and it takes a lot of work – think about “I have received it”.
